Business Development Manager

Business Development Managers at Forework are the face of the company, and facilitate long-term relationships between our clients and company. In the role, you will be responsible for a particular industry, focused on identifying qualified prospects, outreach, and matching qualified prospects with our range of services.

Responsibilities

  • - Develop tactical sales plans
  • - Participate in trade shows and conferences both virtually and in-person
  • - Work directly with prospects and clients during and after the sales process
  • - Participate in weekly staff meetings, and provide updates and feedback across functions
  • - Maintain data and sales pipeline in the company CRM

Minimum Qualifications

  • - Enterprise sales experience in HR / Payroll Services
  • - Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals
  • - Proficiency in social media, lead generation, and conversion

Preferred Qualifications

  • - SHRM training and/or qualifications
  • - Experience in B2B sales, particularly selling to HR Executives
